Danish from Scratch!
Danish is a variant of Puff Pastry and made from laminated, yeast-leavened dough. The concept was brought to Denmark by Austrian bakers and has since developed into a Danish specialty. They couldn't keep such a good thing to themselves! Here's your chance to learn just how much effort goes into one of your favorite breakfast goodies.
In this THREE HOUR workshop students will make danish dough from scratch, shape the dough and fill with three traditional fillings.
