Julia Child is the pioneer of bringing French cooking to the United States. In this three hour baking class we honor her legacy by making her favorite desserts. Together we will make:
Creme Puffs filled with Pastry Cream; Apple Tart Tatin; Creme Brulee, Tart Au Citron (Lemon Tart)
A light appetizer will be served in this class due to the timing and length.
