Meringue Madness Class
Meringues are hot to trot! The next trendy thing to make is actually quite traditional and a component of many classic desserts such as Floating Island, Lemon Meringue Pie and Baked Alaska. Meringues are crisp on the outside, airy sweet on the inside and they happen to be free of fat and gluten. They can also be colored, sized and shaped to your liking to top a variety of sweets or stand alone. Join us for the creative fun and to learn all the tricks to turn them out just right!
We will make Meringues in a variety of colors and flavors for each participant to take one dozen home.
