Basic Cake Decorating
Begin with the basics!!
During our Basic Cake Decorating Class, your chef instructor will demonstrate how to level, cut, fill and frost a pre-made chocolate cake.
From there, learn how to fill a piping bag, use a coupler, exchange tips and various piping techniques including rosettes, shell border, dots and handwriting.
After that we provide a station with colored buttercream to use your new found piping skills to decorate your own cake and take it home with you!
*Vegan and Gluten-Free options*: $10 per person; give us 48 hrs. of notice before class and we will have a gluten-free cake ready for you or a vegan cake with vegan frosting.
