Are you a Bakery?
No we are not! We chose to keep our business focused on one thing and that is teaching you how to make your sweets look gorgeous--just like you are!
Do I take my cake home?
Yes! We also give you a box to take the cake or cupcakes home in!
Where do I park?
We are conveniently located on the corner of Belmont Ave. and Leavitt St. in Roscoe Village. There is plenty of free (YES! FREE!) street parking on Belmont. Also, you do not need a residential permit to park on the side streets.
What do I need to bring to class?
We provide everything necessary for each class--even boxes to take your treats home in. We do suggest bringing a camera to document your fun day with us! We are also BYOB for all of our classes.
Do you accommodate for Gluten Free or Vegan requests?
We accommodate those requests for any of our cake classes or cookie decorating classes. French Macaron are always gluten free!
I have no idea what a piping bag is. Can I still come to class?
Unless otherwise stated in the class description we welcome students of all skill levels.
How long are your classes--do I have to take them in a particular order?
All of our classes (unless noted in class description) are 2 -2 ½ hours long. We design our classes for all skill levels. Unless otherwise noted, there is no particular order to take our classes.
What is the age minimum for your classes? Do you have separate classes for kids and adults?
We ask that the child be at least 8 years old due to the timing of the class and attention span. Most of our cake classes are appropriate for kids and we offer kids cupcake decorating every Friday afternoon. Not sure if a class is appropriate for your child? You can always sign up with them to have an enjoyable time together!
Where do I submit my Donation Request?
We would love to try to donate to each and every request we get, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I host an event here?
Yes! Please see our Host A Party page for more information.
How much do your classes cost?
Our classes range in price depending on the class ($30-$375). All prices are stated in the class descriptions.
How much notice do I need to give to cancel/re-schedule my class?
We'd be happy to change your reservation when you give us at least 48 hrs. of notice before class time. If given less than 48 hrs. of notice, the re-scheduling fee is $25 per person.
